1. Prepare for homework
(1) The rear of the suction truck should be as close as possible to the operation point and parked.
(2) Pull the return oil tank through the cock rotary handle to an Angle of about 45° with the axis of the intake oil pipe, observe the intake oil pipe, there should be lubricating oil flow.
(3) Open the side door of the workbench box, take out the feces suction hose, and make it swing backward without bending.
2. Suction operation
(1). Pump the fecal liquid into the suction hose as deep as possible to ensure that the tube end is always 300mm away from the liquid level during the operation.
(2). Push the four-way valve handle to be perpendicular to the ground.
(3). Hang the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, separate the clutch, pull the force collector switch back, that is, shift the force, and the vacuum pump starts to run.
(4) Open the toolbox in the driver's room, pull out the sound switch, and switch on the power supply.
(5) The operator should pay attention to monitoring the situation near the inlet of the suction rubber hose, and use appropriate tools to block debris so as not to block.
(6) The operator can pass the viewing mirror on the back seal head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the viewing mirror, the driver should be informed. The colleague should quickly pull the suction hose away from the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the sound will send out a sound and light signal at this time. When the driver receives the signal, he should reduce the throttle, shift the switch of the force extractor forward, stop the vacuum pump, press the switch of the sound to cut off its power supply.
(7) Close the refueling box directly through the cock handle plate parallel to the axis of the incoming mailbox.
(8) After washing the hose, put it back in the walking table box, close the side door, and make the boom toward the top of the cab.
(9) Close the anti-overflow valve so that its handle is perpendicular to the axis of the road.
(10) Drive the suction truck away from the operation point.
3. Discharge operation
(1) Orient the manure suction hose towards the manure storage tank.
(2) Pull the rear handle of the four-way valve parallel to the ground, open the anti-overflow valve, and make its handle parallel to the pipeline axis.

5. Maintain knowledge
Before the installation of the suction truck, the pump is installed under the automobile girder with the appropriate shelf, Angle iron and hoop. The exhaust pipe must not leak to avoid vacuum oil discharge, which will pollute the environment and waste energy.
Because this pump is an oil seal pump, the normal operation must keep enough N32 mechanical oil, the northeast, northwest winter cold season should use 32 frozen oil, oil plays a sealing gap and lubrication, but the oil in the pump will also be taken out of the pump due to exhaust, so it must be installed in the exhaust port outside the first, two oil and gas separator to fully separate the oil and gas, Oil recovery for pump use, gas discharged into the atmosphere, so that the pump smooth operation to achieve no pollution, and energy saving.
The correct installation and maintenance of vacuum suction pump of suction truck should pay attention to:
1. No air leakage is allowed in the pipeline, otherwise the suction truck will not be able to work.
2. The tank of the suction truck must be installed with anti-overflow device, otherwise it is easy for the feces and sewage to be sucked into the vacuum pump when the suction truck is used, damaging the whole system.
3. The oil return port of the primary oil and gas separator of the suction truck must be connected with the oil return port of the secondary oil and gas separator and the suction pipe must be made of hard pipe or hard oil resistant rubber pipe (steel wire braided rubber pipe). Plastic pipes deformed by heat are not allowed.
4. When the suction truck is used in the new pump, 1-2 liters of N32 mechanical oil should be directly added to the pump, and 32 frozen oil should be added when used in the northeast and northwest cold areas.
6. Function description

7. Precautions
Suction truck vacuum pump to work, first of all to understand its working principle, working principle is more important to consider the source of power and stability.
The vacuum pump is powered by the chassis engine. The engine is transferred to the vacuum pump through the gearbox, force extractor and drive shaft. The flow sequence of the air flow in the air path is as follows: the vacuum pump inhales the air with a certain humidity in the tank into the water-gas separator when suction pollution, where the water is separated and flows back into the tank, and the gas enters the vacuum pump air inlet along the pipeline through the four-way valve. Mixed with lubricating oil in the pump is discharged from the exhaust port through the compression chamber, especially the mixture is initially separated by the coarse filter, and the separated oil flows back to the oil pump. The mixture is further separated by the oil and gas separator and then discharged into the atmosphere through the four-way valve. Manual operation of the four-way valve can change the airflow direction, suction and discharge freely.
When the vacuum pump of the suction truck is finished each time, the corresponding inspection work of the suction truck must be developed according to the different work intensity of each time, in order to ensure the working life of the suction truck and the second working efficiency.
